A small Italian engineering contractor signed a significant contract for the supply of a production line for photovoltaic panels. The plant, worth several million Euro, was supposed to be delivered and commissioned in three stages with a total duration of 6 to 8 months.

We proposed a facility in three steps, one for each plant stage. Some buyer’s sister companies guaranteed the investment, a lesser known but very effective approach when applied by diversified industrial groups.
We supplied the plant according to the three stage approach.
The customer learned a new financing technique that may be useful also for future investments.
